I really had the most incredible morning photographing this beautiful little girl, Joanna. When Lauren reached out to me, I knew I would love this session. She and her husband Mike already had a two-year-old boy named Michael and I love watching little ones become big brothers and sisters. I also am the mother of a little boy named Michael so my heart was exploding for them.
The Gaughan family did not tell me how beautiful their home is. The molding on the walls, natural light and perfect nursery decor made for the perfect environment for an in-home newborn session. But what really made the session special was their love for each other. It is really evident in the images I captured. The connection between them as they welcome little Joanna into their family really made this session stand out. Please enjoy some of my favorite images from this session.
