Let's all face it. Motherhood can be hard. I didn't 100% appreciate all that my own mother did for me until I had children of my own. Why? Because there was no way I could really understand how difficult it can be. The level of sacrifice is unlike anything I have ever done before. Knowing how hard it is made me realize how special my own mother is and how she gave me everything she had to make my life better. I try do the same for my own children.
All that sacrifice, hard work and lack of sleep can make us feel sort of frumpy. I can say first-hand that I live in sweatpants with my hair in a messy bun. But there is something beautiful in motherhood that should be celebrated. Moms deserve to treat themselves every once in a while. There is something special about putting on a pretty dress, grabbing your babies and taking photos of them that you can treasure forever. Every mother deserves to have photos of them with their children. We are usually the ones taking photos in our families and we go back and realize how few photos we are actually in. I love offering studio motherhood sessions. I know how important it is to capture photos with your little ones before they are big. Please enjoy the images from these sessions.
